Description
The building is located in the Pedralves district of Barcelona. It is part of an educational complex with several buildings and sports courts.
It consists of a lower floor, two mezzanines, ground floor, first, and second floors, totaling four floors, not counting the mezzanines. The lower floor is used as a gymnasium, changing rooms, toilets, judo room, boiler room, and a storage room. The ground floor comprises classrooms, a covered courtyard, and bathrooms. The first and second floors are distributed into classrooms, offices, and bathrooms. Additionally, the first floor houses the library, and the second floor has a non-accessible terrace.
The intervention in the existing building focuses on several distinct points:
- Repair of damaged concrete elements.
- Fireproofing of the dance hall.
- Comprehensive repair of the facade to address its appearance, pathologies, and thermal performance.
- Repair of other specific elements of the building, such as access points or railings.
- Roof repair.
